Donation Mentoring 웹사이트 또는 애플리케이션(이하 “서비스”)을 이용하면 본 약관에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다. 동의하지 않는 경우 서비스를 이용하지 마세요. / By using the Donation Mentoring website or application (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

서비스는 멘티와 자원 멘토가 기부 기반 멘토링을 위해 연결될 수 있도록 돕습니다. Donation Mentoring은 자선단체, 고용주, 전문 자문기관 또는 멘토와 멘티 간 계약의 당사자가 아닙니다. / The Service helps mentees connect with volunteer mentors for donation-based mentoring. Donation Mentoring is not a charity, employer, professional advisory firm, or party to arrangements between mentors and mentees.

정확한 정보를 제공하고 계정 보안을 유지해야 합니다. 멘토 프로필은 검토 후 공개될 수 있으며, 공개한 정보에 대한 책임은 제출자에게 있습니다. 타인의 권리를 침해하거나 오해를 유발하는 콘텐츠를 게시해서는 안 됩니다. / You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. Mentor profiles may be reviewed before publication, and you are responsible for submitted information. Do not post misleading content or content that violates another person’s rights.

기부는 해당 제3자 자선단체에 직접 이루어지며 Donation Mentoring이 기부금을 처리하거나 보관하지 않습니다. 기부 영수증, 환불 및 세금 처리는 해당 자선단체의 정책을 따릅니다. 멘토링 일정, 내용 및 결과는 당사자 간 협의 사항이며 특정 결과를 보장하지 않습니다. / Donations are made directly to the applicable third-party charity; Donation Mentoring does not process or hold donation funds. Receipts, refunds, and tax treatment are governed by the charity’s policies. Mentoring schedules, content, and outcomes are arranged by participants, and no particular result is guaranteed.

불법 행위, 괴롭힘, 사칭, 스팸, 무단 정보 수집, 서비스 보안 침해 또는 운영 방해를 해서는 안 됩니다. 위반 또는 위험이 있다고 합리적으로 판단되는 경우 접근을 제한하거나 계정을 중단할 수 있습니다. / You may not use the Service for unlawful activity, harassment, impersonation, spam, unauthorized data collection, security violations, or interference with the Service. We may restrict access or suspend accounts when we reasonably believe there is a violation or risk.

서비스에는 자선단체, 일정 예약 또는 소셜 네트워크 등 제3자 사이트 링크가 포함될 수 있습니다. 해당 서비스에는 각 제공자의 약관과 개인정보 처리방침이 적용되며, Donation Mentoring은 제3자 서비스의 운영을 통제하지 않습니다. / The Service may link to third-party charities, scheduling services, or social networks. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and Donation Mentoring does not control their operation.

서비스와 멘토링 정보는 “있는 그대로” 제공되며 법률, 의료, 재무 또는 기타 전문 자문을 대신하지 않습니다. 관련 법률이 허용하는 최대 범위에서 Donation Mentoring은 서비스 이용 또는 멘토링 관계에서 발생한 간접적, 부수적 또는 결과적 손해에 책임을 지지 않습니다. / The Service and mentoring information are provided “as is” and are not a substitute for legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Donation Mentoring is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service or a mentoring relationship.
